Orientation Day 2025 – Teamwork, learning, and lots of fun

At this year's orientation day, our trainees had the opportunity to look beyond their everyday work and demonstrate their strengths as part of a team.

A particular highlight was the “treasure hunt” through the production facility, which included creative tasks, tricky puzzles, and many moments that demonstrated the importance of teamwork and communication.

We were also especially pleased to welcome our new trainees to the team on this day. We are delighted to have you on board!

Days like these are not only an experience, but also an important building block for the personal and professional development of our junior staff.
