We will provide you with design proposals tailored to the blow moulding process. This allows you to

• impress your customers with the aesthetics of your product,
• guarantee a trouble-free blow moulding process and
  
• enable efficient production through intelligent product design.

But we can do even more for you:

• We optimise your existing product for the blow moulding process
  
• We prepare laser scans of existing products for which no 3D data is available, and can then remodel these to your requirements by means of reverse engineering
  
• We use this to create product variants for new product lines

Assuming responsibility for the product

We are also well versed in the process engineering for blow moulding. This gives you the assurance that the product designs we provide are 100% process-stable, blow-mouldable solutions.

All this is done in close consultation with you, your marketing department and your designer, so that strategic elements can be incorporated into the product design.

Our standard practice is to convert the process entirely to 3D, allowing flexibility in carrying out changes, especially in time-critical projects.

We produce a prototype in hard wood that allows intuitive remodelling, or a modern, plastic, laser-sintered prototype. You are given the hand-made model, so that you can handle your product before the mould goes into production.

This gives you complete control over the design process - from the initial idea to pilot production.
